1. Conclusion of the purchase-sale contract and the validity of its terms

The terms and conditions of this service purchase and sale agreement (hereinafter – the “Rules”) regulate the legal relations created between UAB Autoferma (hereinafter – the “Seller”), the owner of the trading environment www.autoferma.eu (hereinafter – the “e-shop”) and of the person who submitted the order (hereinafter referred to as the Buyer) when services are purchased (hereinafter referred to as the Service).

1.7. If the order by e-mail was submitted in the store before the changes to the Rules came into force, the old Rules will apply to the order.

1.8. The seller has the right to change the e-mail due to changed business conditions. the prices of the Services sold in the store, unless otherwise provided in the Rules.

1.9. If you have added Services to your shopping cart, but have not yet placed an order by e-mail. in the store and if the price of the Services changes after that, you must pay the price valid at the time of placing the order when placing the order. 2. Price of services

7.2. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations, the Buyer has the right to apply to the institutions protecting consumer rights and to the court. The user can submit a request to the State Consumer Rights and Protection Service (Vilniaus st. 25, 01402 Vilnius, e-mail: tarnyba@vvtat.lt, on the website www.vvtat.lt).
